Most loaves seem to take 45-60 minutes to bake at 350, and you may want to let it cool in the pan for longer good luck! I just made this and its so yummy! The best part is i can put this together while the baby naps. Next time I might sub a different oil for the glaze as it tasted a bit too olive for me, and add a little more salt than I did this time.
